Okay, so this is my first official entry so I figure I'll start simple with my current weight, measurements and my goals.
CW: 144.6 lbs
GW: 132 lbs
UGW: 130 lbs (or less if possible)
Measurements:
Waist: 27 inches
Hips: 36 inches
Thighs: 23 inches
Arms: 11 inches
I'm not too concerned about my arms or my bust (they're surgically enhanced so...they aren't going down anyway lol).
My game plan is to incorporate more cardio...to be honest, cardio and I have had a love/hate relationship, I much prefer weights, but I realize toning will do nothing for me if I don't loose the extra layer of fat over my muscles.
I'm taking Yoga and Pilates classes to help with my flexibility, posture, strength, etc. and Aqua Aerobics to add something different in the area of strenght and cardio. I'm considering replacing my Saturday Zumba class with the Bootcamp class offered at my gym, I think it may be more beneficial for the start.
The thing is, I'm getting married in September and want to loose weight and get in shape for the wedding, married life and when we decide to have kids (because let's face it, I don't want to let myself go...I want my pre-baby body back ASAP). My wedding dress just came in and I'll be going for my first fitting soon. Unfortunately, I'm 5 lbs heavier now than when I first tried it on so I really need to step it up. Thankfully, my fiance is very supportive, my gym is minutes away and I've finally found my motivation to stay active and change my eating habits back to the healthy habits I used to have.
That's it for this entry I suppose. Did my hour cardio at home today (thanks to ExerciseTV OnDemand and Just Dance 2 lol) and I kept my food intake relatively healthy (with the exception of 6 chocolates from the box my fiance gave me for Valentine's Day, damn those cursed candies).
